We got our hands on the RTX 2080 and put it through its paces on our desktop mining rig, comparing it with the trusty workhorse NVIDIA GTX 1080 to see how it stacks up against the older technology. Using several currently popular proof-of-work mining algorithms, we’ve compared the two in terms of raw mining output, as well as hashes per watt and revenue per watt. At-rest power consumption at the wall was also compared with consumption by several energy-intensive algorithms.

You can also swap assets between the two instantly for free at any time, so for the sake of this post I’m considering the best of both options.
Passive yield wise, Coinbase offers in-house staking of a handful of coins, with no lockup times, though they do take a reasonably high cut of the rewards in the process (~25% of the staking rewards).
Their per-trade fees are quite good, though they do charge withdrawal fees unlike some other exchanges in this list, and because they are relatively new it’s impossible to give them a truly solid score on reputation and security, as they haven’t been around long enough yet to really be battle tested.

The ledger supports over 1200 cryptocurrencies, while Trezor supports over a thousand. It is also the most secure way to store your cryptocurrencies.

Desktop Wallet- wallets that are installable on different desktops and are compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux. Your keys are stored on your computer, and you can use this wallet even when you’re offline. Note: Desktop wallets tend to be more advanced than mobile wallets, and usually come with more technically complicated features that can increase privacy or allow for more flexibility when it comes to signing transactions.
